Pre-planned Sleeves inserted into the structure to avoid core cutting of slabs and beams at a later stage.

Well Seasoned wood frames to avoid drastic expansion and contraction during various seasons.

Door frames drilled and anchor bolted to the brick wall to provide better strength and durability.

Kitchen granite platform placed at height of 650 mm taking into consideration the average height of Indian Women.

LOCATION

Manbhum Kakatiya, located in Kakateeya Nagar at Habsiguda, is considered one of the most prime residential localities in Secunderabad. It is a well developed area with shopping centres, restaurants, school and hospitals. The area is well connected by wide roads, public transport and the upcoming metro rail.
